what we'll need:

Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based compensation model. No base salary or draw, including during training.

2+ years of experience in management or recruiting or a strong background in a particular niche or industry where you are interested in recruiting.

Must have a strong desire to build a career in business development by using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships.
